CLASS PROCEDURES:
PARENT OBSERVATION:
- Parents are allowed to view through the viewing windows and doors.
- Parents are not allowed in the dance rooms during class unless approved by an instructor.
- In an attempt to limit the number of people in the building at one time, we will set up a parent observation schedule. This will allow parents to have a set day and time to come inside the building and watch their dancers class. Schedule will be emailed monthly.
CLASS CHANGES:
- Platinum reserves the right to combine classes, change times, and provide substitute teachers or replacement teachers.
- You will be notified prior to class if there are any changes.
ABSENCES:
- Dancers may make up missed classes in other classes that fit the dancers’ age and skill level.
- Missed classes are not refundable.
- We ask that a parent call or email to inform us of any absences, illness or problem a dancer may be having.
- If a dancer is contagious, please keep them out of class until they have recovered.
ADDING/DROPPING CLASSES:
- Dancers can add classes through December and the additional tuition changes will be made.
- Dancers can drop classes at any time, however, refunds are not given if you choose to drop mid-month.
- Please notify us if your dancer will no longer be attending our studio via phone or email.
