1 combo class per week - $50 for month
2 combo classes per week - $65 for month
3 combo classes per week - $75 for month
4 combo classes per week - $85 for month

Limited Travel Team Evaluation - $50
Competitive Team Audition 5-8 yrs - $100
Competitive Team Audition 9+ yrs - $200

* I understand that there are risks and dangers associated in dance and release Platinum Dance Studio from all liability
* Payment is due by the 2nd Saturday of each month, a $15 late fee will be applied.
* A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
* Tuition is not pro-rated, refunded or credited for missed classes or holidays.
